The pieces

As a native of the Canary Islands, I derive most of my inspiration from the wild nature and volcanic landscapes of the Tierra del Fuego and the contrast between the movements and life of the Atlantic Ocean.

All pieces are made exclusively by hand and on a potter’s wheel and with custom glazes.

Each piece is delicately crafted through a long process, starting at the wheel and followed by glazing and finally the kiln. The material I work is stoneware what is fired at a higher temperature and is therefore denser and more durable as well as waterproof.
